Hope for Europe gathers evangelical leaders in Albania

About 250 evangelical leaders from across Europe gathered in Golem, Albania, for Hope for Europe 2026, a European Evangelical Alliance initiative focused on collaboration, mission, and public witness.

The October 5–9 gathering is organized as a network-building forum rather than a revival campaign. Its program includes work on mission paradigms, digital mission, leadership, public witness, family and identity, and organizational development.

Opening reports highlighted Albania's evangelical trajectory from a tiny post-communist community to an estimated 300 churches and church plants and about 13,000 believers. Those Albania figures were presented by European Evangelical Alliance leadership and should be read as movement-reported estimates rather than official census data.
